Down Royal Park Golf Course is widely recognised as one of the driest courses in Northern Ireland with the most natural layout, often described as a course for all seasons! Our golfing facilities include an 18 Hole Classic Course, 9 Hole Valley Course, Driving Range with Golf Academy as well as Bar Bistro.
The County Down golf course offers a uniquely challenging heath land golfing experience with strategically placed hazards and well groomed fairways. Down Royal Park is a renowned Pay and Play golf course, open to the public and societies seven days a week, all year round.
Down Royal Park Golf Course comprises of sandy soils as well as a high water table ensuring the course enjoys an excellent year round mix of water features and fairways bringing you through beautiful avenues of gorse and bracken along with the gentle sound of racehorses galloping in the background given our desirable position close to the prestigious Down Royal Racecourse. The heathland course at Down Royal Park is bound by the River lagan to the North and encircled by the racetrack.
We are situated 11 miles south of Belfast and within easy access of both the M1 and A1. A very warm welcome awaits members, visitors and societies.
