Booking Conditions

These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our internet booking facility and by phone at the clubhouse reception.

Payment
To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process.

1. Full payment will be processed on the day of booking.
2. Please present a copy of your booking to the club house reception on the day of play.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel or reschedule your booking on the web site no later than 48 hours prior to the date of play, by entering you unique ref number.
Your payment can then be refunded or transferred to another date.

Failure To Cancel Your Booking
If you fail to cancel your booking less 48 hours prior to play, or do not turn up on the day your full payment will be retained.

Course Closed
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), your payment can be transferred or refunded.

Booking Transferable
The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend.

Dress Code
Normal GUI dress code applies. The following are therefore not permitted: denims, shorts, football/rugby tops etc.

Spikes
Spikes may be worn.
